We collect information you provide directly to us, including name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and payment information when you register for an account or contact us. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Account data is retained for 7 years after account closure for legal and compliance purposes. Security log data is retained for 90 days by default, with configurable retention up to 7 years for enterprise customers. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use essential cookies (required for platform functionality), analytics cookies (to understand usage patterns), and marketing cookies (to measure advertising effectiveness). You can control cookie preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Opting out of non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use our platform.
Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers who assist in platform operations (cloud hosting, payment processing, customer support tools) under strict data processing agreements. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cybervertex platform and services provided by Cybervertex, Inc. ("Cybervertex," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Permitted Use and License
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Cybervertex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business security operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Service Availability and SLA
We commit to 99.97% monthly uptime for paid plans, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (communicated 48 hours in advance) and events beyond our reasonable control. Service credits are available for SLA breaches as detailed in your subscription agreement.
Intellectual Property
Cybervertex retains all rights to the platform, underlying technology, and threat intelligence data. You retain ownership of your security data. You grant Cybervertex a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our threat intelligence models.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybervertex's liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Cybervertex does not guarantee that our platform will prevent all security incidents.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
